Installation of Bi-Xenon

Here Mystore365 have Prinova 9007 Bi-Xenon introduced for you! If your car use one bulb to give both High and Low beams, that means your current bulb is Bi-xenon. The following installation gives the processing detail if you want to set up by yourself.

1)Disconnect Negative Battery Cable. Locate back of driver side headlight, disconnect headlight harness from bulb. Remove halogen bulb from headlamp. Grab one of your new Bi-xenon HID bulbs. NEVER TOUCH THE HID BULB
2)Install HID bulb in place of Halogen bulb. HID bulb will install the same way the halogen bulb was removed. If you removed a plastic or rubber cover, please insert wires through the cover and reapply the cover the way you removed it.
3)Your Bi-xenon HID bulb will have three wires coming out of the back of the bulb.
There will be two circle connections and one oval connection wires coming out of the bulb. We are going to now connect the two circle connections to ballast. Grab one of your new Ballasts. Connect male to female for both the positive and negative wires coming from the bulb to the ballast. Please set Ballast down behind headlight.
4)Locate your HID relay harness. Once you untangle your relay harness you will find that one length of wires is much longer then the rest. This is the length of wires that runs across the front of the car to the other side. The two black relay box’s and the shorter wires need to be placed on the side of the car the battery is located. If you would like to hide the wire that runs across the front of the car please do so now. Do not have it resting on any moving parts. Please do not have it resting on the hot radiator. Use the zip-tie’s provided to secure any loose wire’s.
5)The long end of the relay harness will have two connectors. The large male connection on the harness will connect to female connection on the ballast. The small oval female connection on the harness connects to the small oval male connection coming out of the back of the bulb. Connect the male and female circular connections that come out of the wire on the ballast to the male and female connections coming out of the bulb.
6)Repeat steps (5) for connecting the relay harness to the ballast and bulbs on the opposite side. Connect the original headlight harness to the connection on the relay harness it matches up to. Locate the wires on the relay harness that are going to connect to the positive and negative battery posts. Connect the red wire to the positive battery cable. Connect the black wire to the negative battery cable. DO NOT CONNECT THE BATTERY CABLES BACK TO THE BATTERY POST YET.
7)Mount the relay and inline fuse in a secure location. Use the zip ties provided to secure any loose wires from the relay harness. Please double check all wires from installation, and secure them away from hot or moving components. Mount both ballasts using the ballast mounting brackets or 3M tape provided. If using the 3M tape provided, please clean the surface of both the car and the ballast before applying the tape. Connect positive cable to positive battery post. Tighten cable back to post.
CAUTION!!Connect negative cable to negative battery post. Tighten cable back to post.
8)Double check all connections, secure any loose wires from hot or moving components. Start vehicle, turn on headlights.
